Your role
Key responsibilities in your new role
- Lead technology development and innovation projects in the field of Power MOSFETs with decisive impact for Infineon
- Drive innovation from the device concept definition, process work-route creation and validation till mass production release
- Take ownership of designing novel device and process concepts, including cost estimations and decision matrices
- Collaborate with diverse functions to plan, run and evaluate experiments in the clean room
- Drive necessary reliability investigations and electrical characterization, application tests to validate the performance and the robustness of the product
- Ensure process stability, quality, optimize cost of the manufacturing route for the mass-production release
Your profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed
- A university degree (Master, PhD) in Physics, Electrical Engineering or Material Sciences
- 5+ years of experience in the field of semiconductor device/process integration covering device physics, cleanroom operations, unit process modules, DOEs, electrical characterization, reliability, failure analysis and IP generation
- Proven experience in leading multi-site, cross-functional teams in technology development
- Demonstrated track record of managing technology development projects with a Project Management Certification as strong advantage
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills (coaching, decisive decision-making, negotiation, conflict resolution), with a strategic, resilient, and innovative mindset
- Excellent planning, problem-solving, and communication/presentation abilities
- Fluent English communication skills, basic German or willingness to learn is preferred
We offer competitive salaries and additional benefits based on your performance, experience and qualification. The employment is in accordance with the collective salary and wage agreement for employees of the electrical and electronics industry, employment group I (https://www.feei.at/aktuelles/mindestloehne-und-gehaelter-eei/). The monthly salary is paid 14 times p.a. We offer a higher compensation depending on your expertise and skills.
