We are seeking a hands-on Warehouse Storeperson to support our day-to-day warehouse activities, including inbound and outbound operations, picking and packing, inventory control, SAP transactions, consignment bookings, and forklift operation. The role is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records between SAP and physical stock while ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and operational procedures.

What your main responsibilities will be

You will have the opportunity to:

· Process inbound receipts, goods movements, and outbound consignments in SAP.

· Perform picking, packing, dispatch, and transport bookings (max 12 kg).

· Operate forklifts safely and efficiently.

· Conduct cycle counts, stocktakes, and inventory investigations.

· Maintain inventory accuracy between SAP and physical warehouse stock.

· Investigate and resolve inventory, delivery, and transport discrepancies.

· Ensure compliance with SOPs, quality requirements, safety standards, and SOX controls.

· Support export documentation and shipment coordination where required.

· Work collaboratively with Customer Service, Demand Planning, and transport providers to resolve operational issues.

· Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and warehouse housekeeping activities.

Who you are

· Current Forklift Licence.

· Experience using SAP (ECC, S/4HANA, or WMS) is essential.

· Experience operating Elevating Work Platforms (EWP); Yellow Card certification is highly regarded.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and the Microsoft Office suite.

· Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or inventory management.

· Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

· Good communication, numeracy, and problem-solving skills.

· Ability to work effectively in a team environment and follow regulated procedures.

· Strong commitment to Workplace Health & Safety (WHS/OH&S) principles, with a proactive approach to identifying hazards, following safe work practices, and maintaining a safe working environment for yourself and others.

· Previous experience in the medical, biopharmaceutical, or another highly regulated environment is preferred.
