Senior Consultant – Infrastructure & Energy Advisory

What you’ll do

As a Senior Consultant within our Infrastructure and Energy Advisory team based in Perth, you'll work alongside clients and multidisciplinary teams to help shape, plan and deliver infrastructure outcomes that make a lasting impact across Western Australia and beyond. You will

  • Partner with clients to navigate complex infrastructure and energy challenges, delivering practical and impactful outcomes.
  • Support our leading and eminent practitioners to develop high-quality business cases, strategic advice, reports, presentations and other decision-support materials.
  • Apply critical thinking and analysis to solve problems and support informed decision-making.
  • Collaborate across Aurecon's advisory, design and engineering teams to deliver integrated solutions for clients.
  • Build trusted client relationships, contribute to new opportunities and support a collaborative, high-performing team culture.

What you’ll bring

We're looking for curious, adaptable and commercially minded consultants who enjoy solving complex problems and working across a variety of projects, sectors and clients.

  • Relevant qualifications in business, economics, engineering, public policy, commerce or a related discipline.
  • Experience delivering advisory, consulting, project or strategic outcomes within industry, government or professional services.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build credibility and influence outcomes.
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving capability, with an ability to translate complexity into practical recommendations.
  • A curious, adaptable and collaborative mindset, with a genuine desire to learn, challenge assumptions and bring ideas to life.
