As our Sales Administrator, you'll play a critical role in supporting new client onboarding and ensuring a seamless experience from initial sale through to service commencement. If you are highly organised, customer-focused, and enjoy working with systems and processes, we'd love to hear from you.
The role is Monday through Friday with work times of 8.30am – 4.30pm or 9.00am – 5.00pm. Initially you will be required to work full time in the office but after training can move to 2 days working from home.

The Role
Reporting to the Sales Team Lead, Home & Community Services, the Sales Administrator is responsible for supporting the onboarding of new clients and ensuring all documentation, care plans, and system updates are completed accurately and on time. You'll work closely with Sales Consultants, Care Advisors, Operations, and other key stakeholders to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Key responsibilities include:
• Coordinating the onboarding of new Home Care clients
• Translating care plans into accurate service schedules and activities within Procura
• Maintaining client records and documentation within CRM systems
• Ensuring all required paperwork and approvals are received and stored appropriately
• Updating government portals including My Aged Care and PRODA
• Supporting sales consultants with new opportunities and referrals
• Monitoring data accuracy and escalating discrepancies when required
• Providing administrative support across the sales and customer journey

To be successful in this role you’ll need:

• Previous experience in customer service, sales support, account management, administration, or customer relations
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
• Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• A customer-centric approach with strong problem-solving skills
• Experience using CRM systems and databases
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, Outlook and Word
• Ability to work collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders
Experience within aged care, community services, health care, or a regulated industry will be highly regarded.
