About the Role
We are currently seeking collaborative and dedicated Teacher Aides/Learning Enrichment Officers.
Working under the direction of the classroom teacher, you will support students’ learning, development and engagement by implementing appropriate teaching and learning strategies. This will include supporting students with diverse learning needs, including students with disability.
You will assist with monitoring and supporting student behaviour and undertake administrative and logistical tasks that contribute to the effective operation of the classroom. You may provide one-to-one or small-group support to students, including students who require additional assistance with emotional regulation or who may display behaviours of concern.

Selection Criteria
- Qualifications in Education support
- Past experience in a similar role
- Working knowledge of positive behaviour support approaches
- Commitment to the Christian Ethos of the College
- Have excellent relationship and communication skills
