We’re looking for an Occupational Therapist who thrives in a collaborative, multidisciplinary team across clinic, school and community settings and takes pride in helping children build the skills, confidence and independence they need to thrive. This role is suited to someone who enjoys taking initiative, continuously improving, and making a meaningful contribution to both team outcomes and the organisation's broader mission of helping children facing learning and developmental challenges reach their full potential.

This full-time or part-time position is predominately based at our Peakhurst clinic, working within Learning Links' Therapy Services team.

What Success Looks Like in This Role

Clinical Excellence & Client Care

• Deliver evidence-based occupational therapy assessments and interventions across fine motor, sensory, self-care and functional participation goals
• Develop individualised, family-centred therapy plans and review progress regularly against agreed goals

Team Contribution

• Work as part of a multidisciplinary team, collaborating with speech pathologists, psychologists and educators to provide holistic client care
• Build strong, trusted relationships with children, families, schools and early childhood settings
• Manage a varied caseload across clinic-based, school and community/home visits
• Contribute to a positive, learning-focused team culture through case discussions, mentoring and ongoing professional development

About You

You are someone who values collaboration, compassion and evidence-based practice. You enjoy working as part of a multidisciplinary team and take pride in delivering meaningful, family-centred therapy that helps children thrive.

You will bring:

• Degree qualification in Occupational Therapy (Bachelor or Masters level) and current or eligible AHPRA registration — new graduates welcome
• Strong understanding of paediatric development and evidence-based occupational therapy assessment and intervention approaches
• Strong organisational and time management capability
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and accountability
• Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
• A proactive, collaborative, and positive approach to work
• Current Working with Children Check (WWCC) and full working rights in Australia
• A current driver's licence and access to a car for community and school-based visits
• Experience in paediatric occupational therapy or a related clinical setting is well regarded
