We’re looking for a detail-oriented Warehouse Operator with strong forklift experience to join our team. This is a hands-on role where accuracy, safety, and efficiency are key to ensuring our products are received, stored, and dispatched to the highest standard.
What Your Day Looks Like:
- Plan, prepare and manage production orders, including product grouping, decanting, weighing, barcoding and moving materials within the MES system to the correct areas.
- Prepare and replenish raw materials and bulk ingredients for production, ensuring materials are available when required and advising of any shortages.
- Maintain accurate inventory, stock integrity and traceability, including regular stock checks, maintaining minimum stock levels, investigating discrepancies and reprinting barcodes when required.
- Receive, check and store incoming materials, ensuring paperwork and system records are accurate and recording any damages or discrepancies.
- Return raw materials and finished goods to the correct warehouse locations, ensuring materials are accurately counted/weighed, barcoded and recorded.
- Support dispatch activities, including transport coordination, consignment notes, pallet transfers, labelling, Dispatch system updates and final checks prior to goods leaving site, including 'Ship as They Go' requirements.
- Work closely with the key stakeholders to ensure ingredients and materials are ready for production.
- Complete stock transfers and maintain accurate warehouse records and system movements.
- Assist with work instructions and support efficient warehouse operations while production is running.
- Complete daily housekeeping, waste disposal, bin cleaning, forklift checks and report any maintenance or warehouse issues as required.
- Ensure all activities are carried out in accordance with GMP, HACCP, WHS and QA requirements, maintaining a safe, clean and efficient warehouse environment.

- Minimum 2 years experience food manufacturing, ingredients, or FMCG or warehousing.
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations, including receivals, dispatch, stock control and inventory processes.
- Current Australian Forklift License (essential - regular daily use) and ability to safely operate warehouse equipment and machinery.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in a fast-paced environment with strong problem solving skills
- Good knowledge of GMP and HACCP practices
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling (lifting up to 20-25kg)
- Reliable, proactive team player with good communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude, with the ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
- Basic computer skills (e.g. Microsoft Office / warehouse systems)
Desirable:
- Certificate II in Warehouse Operations/ Warehouse Distribution
