About the Role

Our TechnologyOne Team is rapidly growing, and we are looking for talented Senior Technical Consultants to join our team and deliver meaningful ERP modernisation and transformation projects across Australia. You’ll help clients rethink their processes, uplift critical systems, and maximise value from the TechnologyOne platform and its key modules including Financials, Supply Chain, EAM, HRP, Corporate Performance Management, and more.

What You’ll Do

As a Senior Technical Consultant, you’ll represent xAmplify during requirements gathering and design phases and help structure delivery across multiple TechnologyOne modules and industry verticals. You’ll be involved end‑to‑end across the project lifecycle, including:

  • Early‑stage demonstrations and proof‑of‑concepts
  • Requirements workshops and process mapping
  • Solution design and documentation
  • Technical configuration and development
  • Data migration, integrations, testing and deployment
  • Integrating TechnologyOne with third‑party systems using APIs, ETL tools, and web services
  • Designing and maintaining BPA’s, forms, dashboards, data models, workflows, and automation.
  • Hypercare and post‑go‑live support
  • Provide strategic advice to stakeholders on process improvement and system utilisation
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure high-quality delivery outcomes and client satisfaction

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of hands‑on TechnologyOne administration, development, and configuration experience across Ci or Ci Anywhere
  • Experience across multiple TechnologyOne modules such as Financials, Supply Chain Management, Asset Management, Property & Rating, HR & Payroll, CPM
  • Strong configuration and development capability, including:
  • XLOne reporting
  • Design Studio dashboards and data models
  • ETLand workflow automation
  • CiA Web Services (REST/SOAP)
  • BPA’s/Forms
  • Experience facilitating workshops, defining requirements, and producing solution design documentation in an Agile delivery model
  • Ability to work collaboratively or independently, managing scope, deliverables, and client expectations
  • Confidence presenting solution designs to technical and non‑technical stakeholders
  • Integration background (REST/SOAP APIs, data transformation, external system connectivity).
  • Interest in mentoring junior talent and contributing to practice capability uplif
  • Experience preparing effort estimates, supporting RFQ responses, and participating in technical solution conversation
  • Strong communication, organisation, and time‑management skills.

Eligibility

xAmplify partners with a diverse client base, including Federal Government, Defence, Enterprise, State Government, and Private Sector. As a result, our eligibility criteria may vary depending on the projects you may undertake. For these roles, we are seeking candidates with:

  • Australian Citizenship
  • An active Baseline (or higher) security clearance, or the ability to obtain one

Location

We’re flexible! If you’re in Canberra, Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane or the Sunshine Coast you’ll have the opportunity to connect with us in person in our offices, but we also welcome candidates from locations across the Australian East Coast and Adelaide. Our team operates on a hybrid work model, so you will have the ability to work from our office, client sites (as required with your allocated projects) or from home.

Engagement Type

  • For this role we are seeking individuals wanting to join our team on a permanent, full-time basis.

Salary

  • For these roles, we are offering a salary range of $160,000.00 - $180,000.00 + super, based on experience.
