Manager, State-Owned Entities and Structured Finance (VP)

Principal Accountabilities

• Explore, win and execute structured finance solutions including export finance, project finance, syndicated loans, bonds, advisory, escrow– both onshore and offshore
• Collaborate with regional product teams to win and close the deals
• Responsible for constantly building deal pipeline to meet annual targets
• Deal Lead for all Structured Deals. Coordinate all aspects of the deal from initiation to closing along with internal and external stakeholders, legal counsels, regulators etc.
• Maintain relationship and provide client service to borrower groups during the tenure of the facilities
• Provide support to Wholesale Banking business teams in identifying onshore-offshore economic trends and industry opportunities
• Drive strategic growth in assigned Public Sector relationships

Experience, Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a public/private university
• Experience in structured finance, syndicated financing, project financing transactions
• Sound knowledge of investment banking/ debt capital market products, local regulations and exposure to corporate banking industry is crucial.
• Knowledge and experience in relation to Corporate Bonds is preferred
