Who we’re looking for

• You’ve got a Master’s degree.
• You bring initial sales experience, a relevant internship, or a proven commercial mindset.
• You learn quickly & love challenges.
• You speak fluent French, with a good knowledge of Dutch and English.
• You’ve got an entrepreneurial spark, strong negotiation skills & people skills to match.
• You are ready to bring your vision, commercial drive and creativity to Mars.

What you’ll do

As a Sales Representative, you’ll:

• Be the face of Mars in grocery stores across the region.
• Build and elevate real relationships with clients, leveraging your commercial acumen.
• Drive business growth, optimize brand presence, and make sure our brands shine.
• Get coached by a Field Manager who’s got your back from day one.
