Marketing Coordinator - DACH

  • Keepit
  • Munich, Germany
  • €45,000 – €55,000

Keepit is growing its marketing presence across global and regional markets, and this role is at the center of making that happen. As Marketing Coordinator, DACH, you'll support campaigns, events, and programs that drive awareness and pipeline — gaining hands-on exposure across multiple marketing disciplines with a clear path for growth.

About the role

This role involves occasional travel within the DACH region for events.

You will:

  • Support the Regional Marketing Manager with the day-to-day tasks and projects needed to run the DACH field and partner marketing plan, to help build pipeline, generate revenue, and increase brand awareness across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
  • Prepare and coordinate lead generation campaigns and programs, under the direction of the Regional Marketing Manager.
  • Assist with tracking campaign and event data, and help pull together reporting on marketing performance.
  • Provide administrative and logistical support for partner activities — scheduling, content requests, and follow-ups — as directed by the Regional Marketing Manager.
  • Help coordinate the practical logistics of events, conferences, and lead generation programs, including venue and vendor bookings, invitations, on-site support, and attendee follow-up.
  • Support the processing and documentation of MDF (marketing development fund) requests and other budget administration.
  • Keep the marketing calendar, campaign trackers, and CRM and reporting tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Monday) updated and accurate.
  • Help adapt global marketing materials and messaging for the DACH market, working from direction provided by the marketing team.
  • Take on general administrative tasks to help keep the Regional Marketing Manager's projects organized and on schedule.

About you

Must-haves:

  • Speak German natively and communicate fluently in English.
  • Bring 0–2 years of marketing experience, including internships or entry-level roles.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Follow through on assigned tasks accurately and on time, taking initiative to identify what needs to be done without being prompted.
  • Communicate clearly and proactively, with strong stakeholder management skills and comfort working across functions in the DACH region.
  • Work effectively within an established structure, supporting the manager and broader team without needing to drive strategy.
  • Keep trackers, calendars, and documentation accurate and up to date.
  • Bring curiosity about field and partner marketing, with openness to picking up new tools and tasks as the role evolves.

Nice-to-haves:

  • Have familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, and/or Monday.
