The Service Contract Manager will be accountable for ensuring effective customer engagement from the local Lifecycle Solutions & Services (LSS) and broader Honeywell Automation team within the assigned territory customer group (Finland, Estonia, Lithuania). The role will ensure all Contracts are renewed on time and drive growth across service contracts growth. This will be achieved through regular customer communications, delivery coordination, and ensuring the delivery teams engaged with the customer base execute all committed SERVICE CONTRACT deliveries in manner that ensure compliance to Honeywell and Customer Health, Safety and Environmental requirements in the most effective and efficient way compliant to LSS Global Service Methodologies (GSM).
This is a hybrid role, 3 days at the office + 2 days work from home model. Candidate should be Fluent in Finnish & English with Full driving licence required.
Travel: Local territory based (Finland, Estonia, Lithuania). Travel within the territory to meet customers > 30%.

Key responsibilities
- Customer Engagement - Develop strong trust relationships with key contacts in the assigned accounts. Ensure Contracts meet their KPIs and discuss contract deliverable performance & KPI performance with customers
- Renewal & Growth - Be accountable for ensuring contracts are renewed on time, right through to receipt & booking of customer PO, whilst ensuring both price and scope increase.
- Operational Support – Ensure the contracts are safely delivered to satisfy the customers requirements, whilst ensuring the financial health and proper financial forecasting of the service contract.
- Work Force Planning - Provide SIOP labor planning in line with backlog and front log to ensure labor resourcing long term needs are communicated to the Field Service Manager.
- Training and Development - Support the development of individual employees through the HPD process and support in the rollout of processes, tools, initiatives and new products.
- Principal Networks & Contact Links - Regional Service Contracts Manager. Field Service Specialists. Field Service Managers. Contract Renewal Specialists. Customer Account Manager. Regional Finance Analysts. ISA Consultants. Customers at multiple levels in the organization
Key skills and qualifications
- Recognized Industrial Automation & Control technical training or other relevant certificates or equivalent experience.
- Min. 4 years of process automation industry experience. Min. 3 years of experience supporting a Services organization with exposure to periodic customer contracts. Project Management experience
- Understanding of Honeywell Process Automation solutions or comparable industry solutions to enable opportunity development is an advantage
- Sales and negotiation skills to enable contract selling, upselling and order closure.
- Admin skills: good with numbers and contract details & wording. Excel is an important tool and skills shall be demonstrated.
- Able to influence customer and internal contacts. Effective communicator with demonstrated success in team environments. Ability to successfully manage many tasks at once. Ability to influence and challenge a team to perform. Ability to handle varying workload and priorities
