The Role

We are looking for an experienced Head of Talent Acquisition to lead and develop our TA function at an important stage of the company’s growth.

This is a high-impact role in a growing, established technology organization - combining the pace and opportunity of continued growth with the scale and foundation of a mature business. The role offers real ownership and the opportunity to shape how Talent Acquisition supports the business as it evolves.

We are looking for a strong TA leader who combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution and can translate both into meaningful business impact.

The role goes beyond delivering against hiring needs. You will have the space to evolve how we work, strengthen business partnerships, build new capabilities, and create a more data-driven, scalable and technology-enabled TA function. For the right leader, there is also an opportunity to broaden the scope of the role, based on business needs and the capabilities and perspective they bring.

Who You Are

  • Strategic and hands-on, able to see the bigger picture, translate it into action and stay close enough to execution to make things happen.
  • A strong people leader who develops and empowers others, provides clarity and direction, and builds a team culture of ownership, collaboration and high performance.
  • Business-minded and influential, able to engage credibly with senior leaders, understand their priorities and challenge constructively when needed.
  • Highly accountable and action-oriented, with the ability to move quickly and deliver without compromising quality.
  • Collaborative and team-first, with high integrity and a genuine commitment to shared success.
  • Curious and forward-looking, continuously looking for better ways to work and bringing new ideas, perspectives and practices into the function.

What You’ll Actually Be Doing

  • Own and shape the Talent Acquisition strategy and execution, ensuring it evolves with the company’s growth and business priorities.
  • Lead, coach and support the TA team, creating the environment, clarity and support that enable strong performance, ownership, collaboration and continued professional growth.
  • Act as a trusted talent advisor to business and technology leaders, bringing a strong talent-market perspective, translating business needs into effective hiring strategies, and constructively challenging the organization to make better talent decisions.
  • Build a more data-driven TA function, establishing meaningful metrics, reliable dashboards and actionable insights to improve decision-making, identify trends and bottlenecks, and continuously improve performance.
  • Drive the continued evolution of recruiting processes, tools and ways of working, supporting quality, speed and scalability while maintaining an excellent candidate experience, and ensuring effective use of external partners and resources.
  • Lead the adoption of AI and modern recruiting technologies, identifying practical opportunities to improve sourcing, productivity, insights and the overall effectiveness of the function.
  • Partner closely on Employer Brand and Talent Marketing, connecting our hiring priorities and target talent populations with how we position ourselves in the external talent market.
  • Collaborate effectively across geographies, including with international hiring managers and the US Talent Acquisition team where relevant.

What You Bring to the Table

  • Tech-savvy and comfortable working with systems and technology, with hands-on experience using AI tools and a strong ability to quickly explore, adopt and leverage new technologies.
  • Strong English communication skills and experience working with international stakeholders.

Why You’ll Love Working Here
