Job Identification
We are looking for a Finished Goods Warehouse Associate to join our Supply Chain team.
What We Expect
- Receive finished goods from production and ensure accurate transfer to the warehouse according to approved procedures.
- Ensure proper storage of finished products in compliance with FIFO/FEFO principles and warehouse standards.
- Pick, prepare, stage, and dispatch customer orders accurately and on time.
- Load and unload vehicles safely and efficiently while maintaining product integrity.
- Verify quantities, batch numbers, expiry dates, and product conditions during receiving and shipping activities.
- Maintain accurate inventory records through SAP/WMS and ensure timely transaction posting.
- Conduct regular cycle counts, stock reconciliations, and support physical inventory activities.
- Investigate inventory discrepancies, product damages, and stock variances, ensuring timely reporting and corrective actions.
- Monitor product shelf life and ensure effective stock rotation to minimize obsolete inventory and product losses.
- Ensure compliance with Quality, Food Safety, GMP, and company operational standards.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization according to 5S requirements.
- Operate material handling equipment and forklifts safely in accordance with safety standards and certifications.
- Follow all Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) policies and immediately report unsafe conditions or incidents.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse efficiency, productivity, and operational excellence.
- Coordinate effectively with Production, Logistics, Planning, and Quality teams to ensure smooth warehouse operations.
- Ensure accurate documentation and record keeping for all inventory movements, receipts, and dispatch transactions.
- Participate actively in training programs, operational meetings, and capability development activities.
- Support the achievement of warehouse KPIs including inventory accuracy, service level, productivity, safety, and compliance targets.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend solutions that enhance warehouse performance and cost efficiency.
- Ensure company assets and warehouse equipment are used responsibly and maintained in good working condition.
- Provide immediate feedback on operational issues and contribute to corrective and preventive action implementation.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or supply chain functions.
- Good knowledge of warehouse management processes and inventory control practices.
- Basic knowledge of SAP, WMS, or other warehouse management systems.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet operational deadlines.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Safety-conscious mindset and commitment to compliance standards.
- Basic to intermediate Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel.
- Ability to work in shifts when required.
- Openness to learning and continuous improvement.
- Quality-oriented and results-driven approach.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
