Hæfniskröfur
- Reynsla af vöruhúastörfum, birgðarstýringu eða sambærilegu, helst í GMP-stýrðu umhverfi eða öðrum tengdum iðnaði.
- Reynsla af umsjón með þjónustuaðilum eða samhæfingu viðhaldsverkefna.
- Góð þekking á vélbúnaði í iðnaðar-eða lyfjaframleiðsluumhverfi.
- Þekking á tölvukerfum, (helst SAP).
- Framúrskarandi skipulagshæfni, nákvæmni og samskiptahæfni.
- Góð enskukunnátta, bæði í töluðu og rituðu máli.

Alvotech is looking for a Maintenance Specialist to join the team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage spare parts inventory, ensuring availability and proper storage.
- Coordinate purchasing and tracking of maintenance materials.
- Support maintenance teams by preparing and issuing required parts.
- Act as the main contact for external vendors and service providers.
- Coordinate vendor activities in line with production and safety requirements.
- Maintain and organize vendor documentation and service records.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards (GMP/GDP).
- Support audits and provide accurate inventory and documentation.
- Collaborate with maintenance and production teams to ensure smooth operations.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in warehouse operations, material management, or spare‑parts control, ideally in a GMP‑regulated environment or in a related industry.
- Experience coordinating external vendors, service technicians, or technical contractors.
- Strong understanding of mechanical or electrical components used in industrial or pharmaceutical environments.
- Familiarity with CMMS systems (preferably SAP).
- Excellent organization, documentation, and communication skills.
- Good English verbal and writing skills.
