Executive Lounge Attendant

Are you looking for a fun job in a lively and international environment? Hilton Reykjavík is looking for a positive and service-minded team member to join our Executive Lounge. This is a varied and rewarding role for someone who enjoys working with people, takes pride in providing excellent service and wants to create a great experience for our guests. This is a part-time position with shifts from 16:15–21:45.

Key responsibilities:

• Welcome guests and provide personal and excellent service.
• Assist with food and beverage service and maintain the Executive Lounge.
• Provide guests with information about the hotel and its services.
• Ensure the lounge is clean, welcoming and well prepared for guests.
• Assist with other tasks as required.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a strong service mindset and a positive attitude.
• Has excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Has good English skills; additional languages are an advantage.
• Is proactive, reliable and takes pride in their work.
• Is professional, punctual and well organised.
• Enjoys varied responsibilities and creating a positive experience for guests.
