Legal Intern

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Group Legal team in reviewing and drafting day-to-day contracts and other legal documents;
• Conduct legal research on laws, regulations, and industry developments relevant to the business;
• Assist Group Legal with secretarial work (review of board resolutions etc.);
• Support the legal team in preparing legal opinions, reports, briefs, and presentations.

Qualifications, Experience, Skill, and Competencies:

• Graduate or undergraduate in LLB Corporate.
• Law Exposure or Specialty in the area a would be added advantage.
• Exposure in corporate law will be an added advantage.
