We are on the lookout for a dedicated individual to ensure seamlessly delivering all tasks pertaining to payroll, attendance, employee relations, recruitment, HR services and other related HR functions driving the operations unit. Ensures compliance and alignment to Group and legislative polices/procedures whilst driving an engaged. working environment. Also, the person will bear responsibility for the central cluster HR processes for the Intimates organization for executive and managers in the Payroll and administrative functions whilst directly liaising with GHR and operational units in ensuring perfect delivery.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- View/update the “Time/Attendance System” (SST) whilst completing employee fingerprint registration process
- Maintain employee, leave absenteeism/no-pay, incentive and EPF/ETF records and all other documents related to employee details
- Create and regularly update employee salary details, personal files and Data Management Systems whilst maintaining confidentially always.
- Identify and rectify errors occurring in the Time and Attendance and Payroll Systems and Processes on-time.
- Prepare salaries accurately and forward to finance team to ensure timely payment of wages.
- Ensure all reports sent to the Finance department are updated and all payment cheques are finalized
- Engage with all employees and assure all grievances are addressed and/or highlighted to the Management on-time.
- Executing staff welfare processes and HR services by bringing innovative external solutions/services through negotiation with vendors and suppliers.
- Support the plant/ facility to attract and recruit team member/staff employees by conducting internal and external campaigns whilst connecting with job banks and team leader’s/ group leader to support the needle point
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
- Degree – Business Management/Human Resources and any other relevant area
- 1-2 years of relevant work experience
- Sound communication and Negotiation skills
- Ability to work well with technology
