Role
The Senior Executive - Accounts Payable is responsible for overseeing the full spectrum of accounts payable operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely vendor payments. This role requires streamline processes and supports financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end accounts payable processes, including vendor onboarding, invoice processing and payment execution.
• Prepare weekly cash disbursement files and execute fund transfers upon approval.
• Oversee credit card reconciliations, accrued expense management, and month-end close activities.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, company policies, and best practices.
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including global and local controllers, budget owners, and cross-functional teams.
• Address vendor queries and disputes, ensuring resolutions are timely and effective.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and scalability.
• Leverage technology and automation to streamline accounts payable operations.
• Collaborate with finance leadership to ensure accurate financial reporting and effective cash flow management.

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Professional qualifications such as CIMA, ACA, ACCA CPA, or other relevant certifications are an added advantage.
• 3 - 5 years of proven experience in accounts payable or accounting.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and AP best practices.
• Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems, with preferred experience in Sage Intacct, Brex, and Tipalti.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and meeting deadlines.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
