Chief Executive Officer

We are looking for an experienced and visionary Chief Executive Officer to lead our organization through its next stage of growth, innovation, and international expansion.

Teltonika’s security business unit designs and manufactures advanced electronic devices for intrusion detection and building protection. Our products are used in residential and commercial environments to enhance safety and provide intelligent monitoring. Leveraging cutting-edge technologies, we aim to set new benchmarks in the security industry.

In this role, you will:

• Develop and execute a long-term business strategy, transforming the organization into a world-class security technology business while ensuring sustainable growth and competitiveness in international markets.
• Review and optimize all areas of organizational operations, including product development, manufacturing, supply chain, commercial activities, customer service, and organizational structure.
• Ensure efficient management of manufacturing processes by controlling product costs, operational efficiency, profitability, and return on investment.
• Make strategic decisions regarding investments, manufacturing expansion, technology development, and the creation of new capabilities.
• Ensure close alignment between customer needs, product development, engineering, manufacturing, and business objectives in order to create competitive, world-class products.
• Build and lead a high-performing executive and specialist team by attracting top talent from manufacturing, technology, and engineering organizations.
• Lead the organization toward ambitious growth objectives, ensuring sustainable increases in revenue, market share, profitability, and overall organizational value.

What we expect of you:

• Proven experience as a CEO, General Manager, Director, or other senior executive in manufacturing, technology, electronics, telecommunications, or related industries.
• Demonstrated success in developing, transforming, and scaling businesses while delivering significant organizational growth.
• Experience establishing or rapidly growing a manufacturing, technology, or electronics business to achieve ambitious growth and market leadership objectives.
• Deep understanding of manufacturing processes, product costing, operational efficiency, supply chain management, and profitability optimization.
• Ability to assess investments, capital allocation, and return on investment (ROI) when making strategic business and growth decisions.
• Experience in product development, implementation of new technologies, and creation of competitive market-oriented solutions.
• Proven ability to build, develop, and inspire high-performing leadership and specialist teams.
• Strong strategic planning, business development, organizational transformation, and change management skills.
• High level of financial acumen with experience managing budgets, revenue, profitability, investments, and long-term business growth.
• Ability to make data-driven decisions in a fast-growing, dynamic, and complex environment.
• Experience working in international markets and developing competitive, world-class products would be considered an advantage.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Fluency in both Lithuanian and English.

Salary:

We appreciate everyone's efforts and experience, therefore we offer an attractive compensation package corresponding to the level of responsibility, leadership experience, and expertise required for this position.

The salary for this position ranges from 55 EUR/h up to 75 EUR/h (gross) (9130 Eur/Gross - 12450 Eur/Gross), depending on experience and qualifications, with the possibility of additional performance-based incentives.
