The experts at AIS and AManco provide clients with: Corporate Services, Fund Administration Services, Governance Services, Operational AML & Compliance Services, Tax Compliance Services, Depositary Services, as well as Third Party AIFM Services (provided by AManco S.A.).

Senior Officer - Risk & Control

The Junior Risk & Control Officer supports the implementation and continuous improvement of the company's risk management and control framework. The role contributes to the maintenance of policies and procedures, business continuity activities, risk assessments and outsourcing activities. The position works closely with business and support departments to promote effective risk management practices.

Your role:

  • Support the maintenance of the central register of policies and procedures and monitor review deadlines.
  • Assist in maintaining and improving the Business Continuity Management System (BCMS), including documentation updates, testing activities, evidence collection and support for the maintenance of ISO 22301 certification.
  • Support risk assessments and risk analyses in accordance with the Company's Enterprise Risk Management Framework and assist in monitoring remediation actions.
  • Assist in monitoring ICT, operational and outsourcing risks.
  • Prepare reports, risk indicators and dashboards for management and governance committees.
  • Support the coordination of internal audits and the follow-up of findings and action plans.
  • Assist with Outsourcing activities, including risk assessments and KPI collection.
  • Contribute to responses to due diligence requests from clients and other external stakeholders.
  • Promote risk awareness and good control practices across the organization.

Your profile:

  • Up to 3 years of professional experience in risk management, internal control, compliance, audit or a related field.
  • Experience within the financial services industry would be considered an asset.
  • Exposure to operational risk management, business continuity or regulatory compliance would be advantageous.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in risk management, audit, finance, business administration, information technology or a comparable relevant field.
  • Basic understanding of risk management principles and regulatory requirements applicable to the financial sector.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English; French would be considered an advantage.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to work accurately with documentation.
  • Proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Team player with a willingness to learn and develop expertise.
