Meet your future team

Join the Central Data Office (CDO), the team responsible for implementing the Firm’s Data Strategy, supporting users, fostering the adoption of Data Management best practices, and enabling data that is Trusted, Ready to use and Protected. In this role, you will be part of the Data Governance Operations team, working closely with the Data Governance Unit Leader, Data Owners, Data Stewards, and other stakeholders across the firm.

What your role will look like

As a Data Governance Analyst Associate, you will contribute to the firm’s data transformation by helping strengthen Data Governance practices across the organisation. You will support the effective use, protection, quality, and management of data while ensuring Data Governance processes and activities are followed consistently.

  • Support the Data Governance Unit Leader and the Data Governance Operations team with Data Governance analysis.
  • Ensure the efficient follow-up of requests related to data use across the firm and contribute to the evolution of this activity.
  • Oversee data issue management activities and data requirements, including Data Subject requests in collaboration with the Data Protection Office.
  • Contribute to the analysis of Data Procedures and assess their impact on Data Governance rules and processes.
  • Support the management of the community of Data Owners and Data Stewards and help maintain engagement across stakeholders.
  • Perform Data Retention implementation campaigns, including database storage analysis to identify areas with the greatest impact.
  • Maintain Data Governance documentation, guidelines and templates, while coordinating meetings, organising logistics, and maintaining accurate records as part of the audit trail.

You will build practical experience in Data Governance, Data Management practices, and data regulations while contributing to the implementation of the Firm’s Data Strategy. The role provides exposure to multiple business domains and stakeholder groups across the firm, helping you broaden your understanding of how data supports decision-making and governance.

The skills you bring

  • Master’s degree in IT, Data Management, Business Management or Sciences.
  • Working knowledge of business analysis and the ability to structure large amounts of information within a process framework.
  • Keen to acquire knowledge of Data Management practices (DMBOK), Data Regulation rules (GDPR, RoPA and EU data regulations), and business domains.
  • Basic knowledge of Data Architecture, data modelling and database design is considered valuable for the role.
  • Fluent in French and English
