Job Description
Purpose of the Job
Start your career within Ocorian's business support function and play an important role in helping internal teams deliver exceptional client service. This role offers hands-on exposure to payment processing, client administration, regulatory support and operational processes, providing a strong foundation for a career in financial services. Working closely with experienced colleagues, you'll contribute to the smooth running of day-to-day operations while developing your technical, organisational and client service skills. Whether supporting payment activities, maintaining accurate records or assisting with compliance-related requests, you'll gain valuable experience and a deeper understanding of how a global financial services organisation operates.
Main Responsibilities
- Process client payments and related documentation, ensuring transactions are completed accurately, efficiently and in accordance with established procedures.
- Maintain client records and documentation within internal systems, supporting data accuracy, quality and operational excellence.
- Assist with regulatory and compliance-related requests by gathering information and preparing supporting documentation as required.
- Deliver high-quality support to internal stakeholders, helping to resolve queries and ensuring service expectations are consistently met.
- Provide regular updates to senior team members and contribute to the smooth coordination of daily operational activities.
- Build knowledge of Ocorian's processes, systems and services while developing a strong understanding of the wider business.
- Support the maintenance of compliance, information security and internal control standards across all activities.
- Contribute to team projects, process improvements and other business initiatives as required.

Qualifications
Knowledge/Skills/Experience
- A degree in Law, Management, Finance or a related discipline, with a strong desire to learn and develop within the financial services industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel; exposure to systems such as ViewPoint, NavOne, iManage or similar platforms would be beneficial.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively and provide professional support to internal stakeholders.
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage priorities, maintain accuracy and deliver high-quality work.
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset, with the confidence to take initiative, learn new processes and contribute positively to team objectives.
- Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning, personal development and delivering excellent service within a collaborative environment.
