PURPOSE OF THE POSITION

To perform the overall operations within the Non-foods department by implementing the required standards and provide excellent customer service for the profitability of the store.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• National Senior Level Certificate.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Collect, rotate, and display stock according to set standards, ensuring cleanliness and adherence to FIFO principles.
• Ensure accurate pricing through timely updates and verification of price stickers and barcodes.
• Deliver excellent customer service by assisting with product inquiries and promoting ongoing specials.
• Support stocktaking processes by preparing for and attending scheduled stocktakes.
