• Own the floor. Welcome every customer, start the conversation, and make them feel seen from the moment they walk in.
• Know your product. Learn our brands, our fits, our fabrics - and use that knowledge to style every customer with confidence.
• Sell with purpose. Chase your numbers, back your team, and take pride in hitting your targets.
• Build real relationships. Remember names, remember styles, and give people a reason to come back.
• Bring the energy. Show up ready, support your team on the floor, and help make every shift a great one.
