Your mission will be…

Ensure the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of Quality, Environment, Health and Safety (QEHS) processes, guaranteeing compliance with legal, regulatory, and corporate requirements, as well as providing technical support to the organization's operations, projects, and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Integrated QEHS Management System

  • Maintain and update the Integrated QEHS Management System documentation.
  • Support internal, external, and certification audits.
  • Monitor corrective and preventive actions, as well as improvement opportunities.
  • Analyse QEHS performance indicators and propose improvement measures.
  • Support the maintenance of ISO certifications and corporate requirements.

Compliance and Legal Requirements

  • Monitor applicable legal requirements in the areas of Quality, Environment, and Safety.
  • Support the preparation of legal and corporate reports.
  • Ensure the proper management of documentation associated with legal compliance.
  • Participate in the implementation of actions arising from audits and inspections.

Project and Operations Support

  • Support operational teams and project managers on QEHS matters.
  • Participate in risk assessments and the definition of preventive measures.
  • Support supplier evaluation and qualification processes.
  • Contribute to the preparation of QEHS documentation for proposals and projects.

QEHS Training and Culture

  • Develop and deliver awareness and training initiatives.
  • Support QEHS induction programmes.
  • Promote best practices in safety, quality, and environmental management.
  • Participate in corporate QEHS campaign

We are looking for someone with…

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Environmental Sciences, Safety, Quality, or an equivalent field;
  • Specialisation in Quality, Environment, and Safety will be considered an advantage (Training in Auditing, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards);
  • Valid Occupational Health and Safety Technician (THST) certification Level IV or higher will be considered an advantage;
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Quality, Environment, and/or Safety roles;
  • Experience with integrated management systems;
  • Experience in audits and continuous improvement;
  • Experience in industrial environments, technical services, or project management will be considered an advantage;
  • High level of autonomy;
  • Strong analytical skills;
  • Organisation and priority management skills;
  • Proactive attitude;
  • Strong communication skills;
  • Problem-solving orientation;
  • Ability to work with multiple stakeholders;
  • Fluency in English;
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
