We are currently looking for: Java Full Stack – Senior

Requirements:

We are currently looking for a Senior Java Full Stack to join a challenging project, taking a key role in the design, development and enhancement of scalable, high-performing software solutions using modern frameworks and Agile practices.

Required Competencies:

• Strong/expert proficiency in Java Spring
• Strong experience in software development and implementation of robust software components
• Experience designing and developing scalable and high-performance solutions
• Ability to analyse complex technical challenges and propose effective and innovative solutions
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of software solutions
• Ability to contribute to key technical decisions and provide solutions to challenges across multiple teams
• Experience supporting and guiding team members through technical expertise and knowledge sharing
• Ability to take ownership of team decisions and contribute to effective team performance
• Strong understanding of modern software development and Agile practices
• Ability to evaluate emerging technologies and recommend their adoption when appropriate
• English – minimum C1
• Availability to work 3 days per week at the office in Lisbon

Location: Lisbon – Hybrid
Work Model: 3 days per week at the office
Salary Range: €3.300–€3.700 gross/month
