We are looking for a FACILITY OFFICER to join our SUPPLY CHAIN team.
Job Purpose
To ensure a safe, clean, and efficient working environment by managing and maintaining company facilities (buildings, utilities, and infrastructure), supporting operational continuity, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in facility management or maintenance
- Strong knowledge of facility systems (building infrastructure, utilities)
- Good problem-solving and maintenance planning skills
- Experience in managing vendors and coordinating with stakeholders
- Strong understanding of safety standards and compliance requirements
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Familiarity with budgeting and cost control for facility operations
- Knowledge of sustainability practices and energy management in facilities
