- Support the F&B Manager in managing the daily operations of assigned restaurants, bars and F&B outlets.
- Supervise and guide F&B hosts during service to ensure smooth, efficient and professional service delivery.
- Conduct pre-service briefings and ensure the team is well informed of guest preferences, VIPs, special requests and operational updates.
- Ensure compliance with Six Senses brand standards, LQA requirements, service procedures, food safety and hygiene standards.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and handle guest requests, concerns and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Support team training, coaching and performance development through regular briefings and on-the-job training.
- Monitor the cleanliness, setup and overall readiness of F&B outlets and report operational or maintenance issues when required.
- Support cost control, inventory, OSE management and the reduction of wastage and breakages.
- Coordinate effectively with the Kitchen and other departments to ensure smooth daily operations and a seamless guest experience.
- Maintain a high standard of personal grooming, professionalism and compliance with company policies and Six Senses standards.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
