Equipment Maintenance Technician

Nhiệm vụ chính

• Thực hiện bảo trì định kỳ (PM) và sửa chữa thiết bị/máy móc sản xuất nhằm giảm thời gian dừng máy.

• Phân tích nguyên nhân sự cố, đề xuất cải tiến để giảm downtime cho các thiết bị quan trọng.

• Kiểm tra tình trạng thiết bị hằng ngày, đảm bảo máy móc vận hành ổn định.

• Quản lý, bảo quản và theo dõi spare parts, công cụ bảo trì.

• Ghi nhận, cập nhật đầy đủ lịch sử sửa chữa, hồ sơ PM, checklist theo yêu cầu ISO & hệ thống chất lượng.

• Phối hợp với Admin/PPM để đặt linh kiện thay thế khi cần.

• Đào tạo kỹ năng troubleshooting cơ bản cho technicians/ operators.

• Hỗ trợ bảo trì facility khi có yêu cầu.

• Tuân thủ an toàn lao động, 5S, thực hiện Lock out/Tag out khi sửa chữa.

• Tốt nghiệp Trung cấp / Cao đẳng / Đại học ngành: Cơ điện, Cơ khí, Điện – Điện tử, Tự động hóa hoặc liên quan

• Có kinh nghiệm bảo trì thiết bị sản xuất (ưu tiên môi trường nhà máy).

• Hiểu biết cơ bản về hệ thống vận hành máy móc công nghiệp.

• Ý thức cao về an toàn lao động & 5S.

• Có khả năng đọc hiểu hướng dẫn máy, checklist, tài liệu kỹ thuật.

• Biết ghi chép, báo cáo sự cố và lịch sử sửa chữa.
