Relationship Manager, Real Estate

As a Relationship Manager, you will be at the forefront of MashreqBank's Real Estate Banking Division, cultivating and expanding relationships with key stakeholders in the real estate industry. Your primary focus will be on understanding client needs and delivering customized banking solutions to support their growth and financing objectives. This role requires a strong financial acumen, credit assessment skills, and the ability to structure and execute complex banking transactions.

  • Develop and manage a diverse portfolio of corporate and real estate clients, including developers, investment firms, and family offices.

  • Originate new business opportunities by identifying potential clients and growing wallet share with existing ones.

  • Structure and execute lending solutions, cash management services, and investment banking products tailored to clients' strategic goals.

  • Perform in-depth financial analysis, credit assessments, and transaction structuring to ensure sound decision-making.

  • Prepare high-quality credit proposals and business cases, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

  • Collaborate closely with product specialists, credit risk teams, and internal stakeholders to deliver integrated banking solutions.

  • Monitor client performance, industry trends, and market dynamics to provide strategic insights and value-added advisory.

  • Maintain exceptional client satisfaction through proactive relationship management and a client-centric approach.

  • Ensure timely execution of transactions, managing multiple client portfolios, and delivering results in a fast-paced environment.

  • Stay updated with industry developments, competitive dynamics, and regulatory changes to provide innovative solutions.

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Professional qualifications such as CFA, FRM, CA, CPA, or MBA are highly advantageous.

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Corporate Banking, Investment Banking, or Commercial Banking.

  • Strong financial analysis and credit assessment skills, with the ability to structure complex transactions.

  • Excellent relationship management, negotiation, and communication skills, with a client-centric mindset.

  • Proven track record of developing and managing client relationships, with a focus on business development.

  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including Credit Risk, Product Management, and Operations.

  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and risk management practices in the banking industry.

  • Proficiency in using financial analysis tools and software, such as Bloomberg, Excel, and other industry-specific applications.

  • A proactive and results-driven approach, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under pressure.
