Creator Education Partnership Operations Intern (TikTok LIVE)

About the team
The LIVE Service Provider Team is responsible for MENA-wide creator visual upgrade programs, working with local service providers to deliver standardised live setups. Core focus: lighting, composition, background quality improvement, equipment delivery, on-site setup, quality control, and creator training.

We are looking for talented individuals to join us for an internship. Our internship program offers students hands-on experience, industry exposure, and opportunities to apply their knowledge to real-world challenges while building a strong foundation for personal and professional growth.
Interns will gain practical experience, explore potential career paths, and participate in social events, learning programs, and development workshops alongside industry professionals.

Responsibilities

• Service Provider Daily Operations & Project Delivery: Manage end-to-end service provider workflows: creator scheduling, equipment delivery, on-site installation, and post-setup follow-up. Enforce standardised visual quality criteria (lighting, composition, background); conduct pre- and post-upgrade quality audits. Resolve on-site issues and collect creator feedback for continuous improvement.
• Quality Control & Compliance: Audit service provider-delivered setups against the official scoring rubric. Review before/after samples; flag non-compliant cases and drive corrections. Ensure consistent quality execution across all service providers.
• Data Tracking & Performance Analysis: Track key metrics: upgrade volume, completion rate, pass rate, and visual improvement score. Maintain weekly dashboards and performance reports. Analyse bottlenecks and propose process optimisations for service providers.
• Creator Education & Training Support: Develop and update technical guidance (lighting, camera, background setup). Support service provider-led creator training sessions. Create simple tutorial materials for creators.
• Cross-team & Vendor Collaboration: Align with LIVE Operations, Creator Education, and Data teams. Liaise with local service providers to align quality standards and project goals.

Minimum Qualifications

• Currently pursuing an Undergraduate degree in Business, Media, Marketing, Communications or a related discipline.
• Full-time availability starting January 2027 in Dubai.
• Strong interest in live streaming, creator economy, and visual production.
• Proficiency in using English and Arabic/Turkish as working languages as key stakeholders are based in Arabic/Turkish-speaking regions, where Arabic/Turkish are primary working languages.
• Detail-oriented, organised, with basic Excel/data skills.
• Good communication and cross-team coordination skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in service provider/creator operations or live production.
• Basic knowledge of lighting, camera, and live streaming setup.
• Familiar with MENA creator culture and trends.
• Experience creating short tutorials is a plus.
