ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a UX/UI Designer to design intuitive interfaces and interactions for a content platform used across the business. This role blends interaction design with technical rebranding work, translating requirements into scalable UI within content management systems. You will conduct user research, build wireframes and prototypes, and support A/B testing.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Lead technical efforts for rebranding initiatives, ensuring consistency across web properties and systems.

• Collaborate with web teams to design, implement, and maintain UCMS solutions that enhance content management capabilities.

• Partner with product and engineering teams to translate requirements into scalable implementations.

• Support A/B testing and experimental initiatives by coordinating across teams and ensuring data-driven decision-making.

• Incorporate user research throughout the design process so the end user's voice is reflected in the design.

• Contribute to design discussions by creating sketches, wireframes, process flows, and prototypes.

• Apply the platform's design language and patterns in the final UI.

• Monitor and optimize web performance related to UCMS, experiments, and rebranding deployments.

• Understand and articulate the information architecture, workflows, and processes surrounding the user experience.

• Collaborate with marketing, content platform product management, and engineering to ensure seamless, continuous development and deployment.

MUST HAVES

• Degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Information Design, Graphic Design, or a related design or behavioral science discipline .

3+ years of professional experience in product user experience and user interface design .

• Deep, demonstrated experience in interaction design . Proven experience working with content management systems (CMS) or similar web infrastructure.

• Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects involving multiple cross-functional teams.

• Strong understanding of experimentation frameworks and A/B testing methodologies .

• Experience coordinating large-scale rebranding or redesign efforts.

• Excellent communication skills for translating technical and business requirements across teams.

• Familiarity with web development practices and performance optimization.

• Experience using Sketch, Figma, Cursor , or other interaction design and prototyping tools.

• A design portfolio demonstrating modern UIs and interactions for end-to-end product solutions.

• Upper-intermediate English level.
