Your role
Key responsibilities in your new role
You are working closely together with the Project Manager, the Project Team and the Line Management along the whole project life-cycle. You will take care of a variety of tasks such as:
- Planning: Update and maintain project plans, plan tasks, and track progress as advised by the Project Manager
- Access Control: Handle configuration and access management for project assets
- Coordination: Organize internal and external meetings and manage logistics
- Deliverables: Prepare presentations, evaluations, and reports as assigned by the Project Manager
- Cost Control: Analyze project cost data, prepare cost reports, and provide data to stakeholders
- Administration: Support resource and cost planning, maintain data in project management tools, and manage information in Confluence
Further Information:
Type of employment: Temporary / Part-time (minimum 20 hours per week; flexible working hours from Monday to Friday between 6 a.m. and 7 p.m.)
Duration: 18 months
Your profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed
- Education: Student at a university or university of applied sciences in technical fields (e.g., electrical engineering, telematics, informatics, automation, digitalization) or economic fields (e.g., business administration, industrial management)
- Skills: Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including macros and automation, plus basic understanding of Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools
- Working Style: Proactive, precise, and structured with strong ownership; able to work independently and in a team, reach out to stakeholders, and suggest improvements
- Nice to Have: Studies combining technical and economic aspects, and experience in project management and related tools
- Language Skills: Fluent English; German is a plus

This position is subject to the collective agreement for workers and employees in the electrical and electronics industry (full-time), employment group B for bachelor students, employment group D for master students (https://www.feei.at/wp-content/uploads/2026/06/minimum-salaries-white-collar-workers-2026-05-01.pdf.
