You will be part of the Financial Markets Middle Office team, which acts as the independent control body for the Front Office and Back Office departments.

Responsibilities:

• execution of daily processes to detect suspicious activities or errors
• reconciliation of accounting balances, investigation of the differences
• challenge and check of explanation from the involved parties, cooperation with colleagues in various teams
• reporting and escalation to the management levels
• analysis of internal processes, continuous improvement of quality and risk reduce
• communication in English on a daily basis

Expectations:

• university degree (mathematics, economics, or equivalent)
• to be fluent in oral and written communication in English and Czech
• continuous self-development is a must to keep up in a fast changing financial world
• to be self-confident in communication with people
• stress resistance and capability to handle tight deadlines
• strong analytical skills and accuracy with numbers
• knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, ...)
• knowledge of dealing room products and/or systems is an asset
