About the team

Join our growing Audit team where we combine top talent and technology to deliver high quality audits for Czech and international clients. As a Senior Associate, you’ll lead smaller audit teams and take ownership of more complex engagements while helping to develop junior colleagues.

Job description & summary

• Lead smaller audit teams and coordinate audit documentation from planning through completion.
• Deliver audit work in line with PwC and regulatory quality standards.
• Identify issues, analyze data, and draw well-supported conclusions.
• Build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Coach and support junior team members through effective delegation.
• Collaborate across PwC service lines and seek specialist input when needed.
• Contribute ideas that improve audit quality and efficiency.
• Communicate findings clearly to clients and engagement teams.
• Manage interactions with senior client leadership.
• Support the delivery of high quality engagement outcomes.

What matters to us

• University degree.
• Minimum 3 years of auditing experience.
• Strong Czech/Slovak and English communication skills.
