About the team
Join our growing Audit team where we combine top talent and technology to deliver high quality audits for Czech and international clients. As a Senior Associate, you’ll lead smaller audit teams and take ownership of more complex engagements while helping to develop junior colleagues.
Job description & summary
- Lead smaller audit teams and coordinate audit documentation from planning through completion.
- Deliver audit work in line with PwC and regulatory quality standards.
- Identify issues, analyze data, and draw well-supported conclusions.
- Build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Coach and support junior team members through effective delegation.
- Collaborate across PwC service lines and seek specialist input when needed.
- Contribute ideas that improve audit quality and efficiency.
- Communicate findings clearly to clients and engagement teams.
- Manage interactions with senior client leadership.
- Support the delivery of high quality engagement outcomes.
What matters to us
- University degree.
- Minimum 3 years of auditing experience.
- Strong Czech/Slovak and English communication skills.
