*inspecciones de calidad

*veriicacion y ejecucion de temas de servicio al

* cliente , proyección de menús seguimiento a gramajes muestras de oro cuadres con el cliente .

verificación y ejecución de temas de cocina caliente , menús , implantación BMP buen uso de la materia prima ,

*apoyo al administrador en todo momento en gestiones operativas.

*verificar tm estén en todo momento uniformados.

*traslado de información eficaz y verídica a oficians centrales y con el cliente

*buen uso del tiempo de los tm control de horas extras
