Senior Officer (Maintenance-Building Services)

The Job
- Solve technical problems and deal with major repairs and maintenance concerning building services installations.
- Prepare design, budgets, estimates, drawings and specifications, and tender documents for major improvement works for senior’s approval.
- Prepare tender report and procedural document of major improvement work for approval
- Search for information and carry out analysis for conducting studies on new technologies and methodologies
- Monitor the progress of major improvement works and supervise the works being carried out on site
- Liaise and coordinate with Consultants, utilities companies, Government departments and other parties concerned on progress of works in estate
- Carry out supervisory role in monitoring the performance of consultants and contractors
- Provide mentorship and supervision for junior officers in carrying out the works
The Person
- Holders of Higher Certificate in Building Services, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or related disciplines, and Certificate of Registration of Electrical Worker (Grade B) is preferrable
- 3 years’ post qualification experience in building services maintenance.
- Basic knowledge of relevant regulations.
- In-depth and comprehensive technical knowledge and well versed with internal policies and procedures.
