Assistant Manager / Senior Financial Analyst, FP&A

This is a position under Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis Department. We are looking for a candidate with an analytical mind and ability to pull together large numerical datasets and prepare clear and concise schedules and reports. The candidate will work with experts from different areas of the business and functions.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Group Budget, Forecast and Monthly Review processes.
  • Prepare management reports, Board/Executive Committee presentation materials and financial analysis.
  • Perform variance analysis and identify key business drivers behind financial performance.
  • Partner with BU Controllers and Functions to understand performance and provide insights.
  • Coordinate planning assumptions, data collection and reporting submissions across stakeholders.
  • Support CapEx, profitability and other ad hoc financial analysis.
  • Participate in process improvement, report automation and digitalization initiatives.
  • Support finance transformation and system enhancement projects where required.
  • Perform other ad hoc assignments as assigned.

Requirements

  • Degree in Accounting, Finance or related disciplines.
  • 5+ years (SFA) / 7+ years (AM) relevant experience in auditing, FP&A, reporting or business analysis.
  • CPA or equivalent preferred.
  • Big 4 and commercial experience preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience handling large datasets.
  • Experience in Power BI, FCCS, TM1, Cognos Controller or similar tools is a plus.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented and able to work under tight timelines.
  • Fluent in English and Cantonese; Mandarin is an advantage.
