About the Job

• Align the voice of end-users and business direction in the design process
• Own the design direction and manage the design deliverables
• Work closely with Product Owner and Founders
• Define all stages of the product and user experience cycle like interactive design, product planning, prototype evaluation, and user experience
• Understand product specifications and user psychology
• Define the right interaction model and evaluate its success
• Develop wireframes and prototypes around customer needs
• Developing a pixel-perfect design system and ensuring design consistency between digital products
• Participates in research, concept ideation, user interface design, and conduct usability test

About The Person

• 3+ years related working experience
• Knowledge for in-depth insights into user expectations, behaviour research and further design trends
• Familiarity with interaction design and information architecture
• Proficient in design software (e.g. Figma, adobe creative suite)
• Strong sense of responsibility, entrepreneurial mentality, and good teamwork spirit
• Problem-solving aptitude and MVP mindset
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS; JavaScript is a plus
• Excellent communication skills, Fluent in both written and spoken English and Cantonese, Mandarin
• Must submit a portfolio of design works
