System Administrator

We would like you to:

  • Creates, maintains, stops user access for employees

  • Ensures security through permissions and access rights for employees

  • Manages user and network security

  • Evaluates existing software and hardware

  • Researches, recommends and purchases new software and hardware

  • Performs routine updates if automatic updates are not available

  • Installs and maintains new software and hardware (desktop PC, laptop, printer, mobile and network devices)

  • Designs and installs LANs, WANs, Internet and intranet systems, and network segments

  • Potentially install new/rebuild existing servers and configure hardware, services, settings

  • Manages licenses

  • Supervises hardware compliancy

  • Supports employees based on requests in ticketing tool

  • Supervises approval flow for employee requests in ticketing tool

  • Supports employees locally and with remote access

  • Relocates employees / departments

  • Research and recommend innovative automated approaches for system administration tasks

  • Keeps the asset management tool up to date

  • Creates installation manuals

  • Updates Service Desk knowledgebase

  • Creates documentation for employee training

  • Provides training for employees for new software and hardware

  • Keeps documentation up to date for new employees / onboarding

  • Takes part / leads projects in IT support

  • Maintains contact with suppliers

  • Supervises 3rd party (construction) work

  • Participate in GMP / GXP trainings

  • Provides on call duty to cover different shifts

  • Our main location is our production site on Maglódi Street 6, with support also required at our Kerepesi Street 52 and Tóth Árpád Street 4. sites 1–2 times per month.

What we need you to have:

  • At least secondary education (BSc degree in IT sciences is an advantage);

  • 3+ years relevant experience in the same field;

  • Strong written and verbal English skills;

  • Systems Administration experience in Microsoft (O365);

  • Experience with Microsoft Azure (Intune, user/group management, device management, cloud services)

  • Hands-on experience in networking, including cabling, switch, and access point configuration (Aruba)

  • Willingness to travel across Europe for business purposes.
