Your Responsibilities
- Design, install, and continuously improve production equipment and tools
- Coordinate the introduction of new products and independently lead projects
- Prepare and maintain production and quality assurance documentation
- Provide production support to MAHLE's international manufacturing plants
- Support the preventive maintenance team
Your Experience and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
- Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in manufacturing and/or engineering
- Knowledge of and experience with CNC controls and programming
- Familiarity with ISO/TS 16949 and IATF automotive quality standards
- Knowledge of problem-solving methodologies and continuous improvement tools
- Willingness to travel for business assignments
