Mine Underground Engineer, GBC Chute Gallery Maintenance & Repair

Have responsibility in technical support for chute gallery maintenance and repair project to achieve GBC production goal, comply with Performance Availability target of Chutes for production.

The key duties and responsibilities of this position:

1. Review and ensure chute maintenance plan, including the project's AFE documents to further plan and schedule of manpower and supervisory responsibility (project breakdown) for chute maintenance work to ensure that maintenance works accommodate all project requirement according to schedule and budgeted man-hours and meets company safety standards and procedures.
2. Review and ensure material and equipment utilization plan/requirements, including Material Take Off's (MTO) and schedule material delivery accordingly to ensure that material provision is in line with project schedule in Chute Gallery Maintenance Project.
3. Train, develop and assist chute maintenance subordinates and contractors with the necessary knowledge and skill requirements to further improve their performance attributes and responsibilities.
4. Control work quantity and quality of chute gallery maintenance performance according with GBC production requirement
5. Improve Chute Gallery Infrastructure Inspection & Monitoring System implementation.

Minimum Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in civil / mechanical engineering or business with 2 years experiences in UG Mining or Associate degree in Engineering (D3) with minimum experience of total 5 years.
• Experience in UG construction project.
• Experience in setting up scheduling systems, running projects and business management.
