Underground Engineer, Technical Regulatory Compliance

Prepares, recommends, develops, and compile requirement documents of Underground Division of PT Freeport Indonesia in related with underground mining activities permits and reports to comply with Indonesia's related regulations.
The key duties and responsibilities of this position are:
- Ensuring that the company complies with Indonesia's regulatory and legal requirements.
- Develop and coordinate periodically reports (quarterly and annually) with other Departments for RKAB Reports in order to fulfill the obligations of the Underground Division in to comply with the regulation issued by the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources (MEMR).
- Develop and coordinate reports with other Departments for Feasibility Study Report (FS Report) in order to fulfill the obligations of the Underground Division to comply with the regulation issued by the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources (MEMR).
- Develop and coordinate monthly reports for Roadmap SK594/2018 Report to fulfill the obligations of the Underground Division to comply with the regulation issued by the Ministry of Environment and Forestry (MoEF).
- Develop and coordinate the quarterly reports of Tailing Utilization (SK 550/2019) to fulfill the obligations of the Underground Division to comply with the regulation issued by the Ministry of Environment and Forestry (MoEF).
- Coordinate with relevant Department for inspections of Sediment Pond and Underground Explosive Magazine to ensure and comply with Indonesia's related regulations/requirements.
- Develop and coordinate with relevant Department for Blasting Plan Report of the Underground Division to comply with the regulation issued by the Indonesia National Police.
- Coordinate and communicate with other relevant Divisions/Departments for the implementation of blaster card's training.
- Apply and maintain for the properness test/inspection of each underground equipment and installations based on the mining regulations.
- Monitoring the expiry date of Blasting License Card (KIM, Madya) for underground employees and ensure that all documents are renewed ahead before of deadline.
- Prepares and coordinate the MEMR's Annual Integrated Inspections and to follow up the inspection result.
- Assisting GOI visit to Underground Division.
Minimum Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree (S1) in Mining Engineering with at least 5 years working experience in Mining.
