職務目的（Job Purpose）

AIGジャパンのEnterprise Risk Management（ERM）チームの一員として、全社的なリスク管理態勢の高度化を推進します。
経営層へのリスクインサイトの提供、重要な経営課題や戦略に関するリスク分析、規制対応、ならびに海外の各リージョンのERMとの協働を通じて、持続的な成長と健全なガバナンスを支える重要な役割を担います。
国内外のステークホルダーと連携しながら、リスク管理の専門性とビジネス視点の双方を高めることができるポジションです。

職責（Job Responsibilities）

• 当社グループの全社的リスク管理（ERM）フレームワークの運営および高度化を推進し、健全なリスクガバナンスの確立に貢献する。
• 経営戦略、事業計画、新商品・サービス、重要プロジェクト等に内在するリスクを分析・評価し、経営層への提言および意思決定支援を行う。
• 内外の事業環境や規制動向、社会・経済トレンドを踏まえ、新興リスクや事業機会を特定・分析し、経営へのインサイトを提供する。
• リスク事象データの集約・分析・モニタリングを通じてリスク傾向を把握し、リスク低減および業務改善に向けた提言を行う。
• リスク関連委員会の運営をリードするとともに、経営会議／取締役会向けのリスクレポートを作成し、リスクに関する透明性の向上を図る。
• リスク管理施策を推進し、各部門におけるリスク・コントロール環境の評価および改善を支援する。
• 金融庁対応および各種リスク評価業務を担当し、規制要件への適切な対応を推進する。
• ERM関連研修や啓発活動を企画・実施し、組織全体のリスクカルチャーの醸成に貢献する。
• 各リージョンERMの同僚と連携し、ベストプラクティスの導入やERM態勢の継続的改善を推進する。

必要とされるスキル・経験（Required Skills and Experiences）

最終学歴

　　大学卒業（学士号）以上

スキル/知識/能力/資格/免許

• 日本語による高いコミュニケーション能力（文書作成・プレゼンテーション・会議対応）
• ビジネスレベルの英語力（メール対応・資料作成が可能なレベル、プレゼンテーション・会議対応が可能なレベルであれば尚可）
• 論理的思考力および分析力
• 複雑な課題を整理し、解決策を導き出す問題解決能力
• 多様なステークホルダーと信頼関係を構築し、協働を推進できるコミュニケーション能力
• データや事実に基づき、リスクや課題を客観的に分析できる能力
• ビジネスITツール（Microsoft Office等）を活用した資料作成・分析スキル
• 主体性を持って業務を推進し、新たな課題にも柔軟に取り組める姿勢

業務経験

　以下いずれかの経験がある方が望ましい

• オペレーション、損害サービス、営業、ITなど保険事業に関連する業務経験
• システム開発、システム導入プロジェクトにおける要件定義、テスト等の業務経験
• プロジェクトマネジメントまたは業務改善プロジェクトへの参画経験
• 英語での海外実務の経験があれば尚可
