The Nurse addresses the state of health of individuals in relation to the work environment, in order to achieve the highest degree of physical, mental and social well-being of the population. They take into account the individual characteristics of the worker, the job and the social environment and labor in determining the individuals state.

General Responsibilities
• Provides professional nursing services to contribute to the well-being of employees and assists doctors with examinations and treatments.
• Administers prescription medications
• Supports preventive programs for health care.
• Ensures that the required level of inventory, supplies and equipment is maintained.
• Participates in meetings and provides notifications of unsafe acts and conditions to leaders, supervisors, medical service, HR, etc.
• Participates in internal, cross and external audits of the ESH system.
• Provides first aid and pre-medical assistance when necessary.
• Maintains the necessary documentation and reporting.
• Asissts in activities and events related to safe working conditions and the health protection of employees.

Experience / Qualifications
• Relevant work experience or knowledge of the role
• Must be a team player able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to handle multiple competing tasks and demands
• Strong organization, planning and time management skills to achieve results
• Holds self-accountable to achieving goals and standards
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
