Sr Manufacturing Technician

As a Sr Mfg Engineering Technician here at Honeywell, you will play a vital role in supporting manufacturing engineering activities to improve production processes, quality, and efficiency. You will apply your technical expertise to troubleshoot manufacturing issues, implement process improvements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations in our Juarez facility.

In this role, you will impact manufacturing productivity and product quality by providing technical support, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and ensuring adherence to engineering standards and best practices.

• Support manufacturing engineering processes by troubleshooting and resolving production issues
• Implement process improvements to enhance quality, efficiency, and safety in manufacturing operations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, quality, and design engineering to optimize manufacturing workflows
• Ensure compliance with engineering standards, documentation, and regulatory requirements
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and support new product introductions

YOU MUST HAVE

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing engineering or a related technical role
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control, and process improvement methodologies
• Knowledge of PLC and electrical control
• Proficiency with manufacturing engineering tools, data analysis software, and troubleshooting techniques
• Experience with CAD software and familiarity with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma principles is preferred
• AutoCAD and SolidWorks experience
