Littelfuse is seeking an experienced Distribution Manager to lead distribution, warehousing, and logistics operations supporting our Industrial Circuit Products (ICP) business. This role is responsible for ensuring the efficient flow of fuse and circuit protection products from manufacturing to customers, while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, inventory accuracy, and service performance.

The Distribution Manager will lead a team of distribution professionals and supervisors, drive continuous improvement initiatives, optimize warehouse and transportation processes, and collaborate closely with Manufacturing, Planning, Customer Service, Procurement, and Global Supply Chain teams. The ideal candidate combines strong operational leadership with analytical capabilities and a customer-focused mindset.

About Your Job:

The successful candidate should have experience managing and driving performance in the following areas:

  • OTIF (On-Time, In-Full) shipment performance.
  • Order Fill Rate and complete order fulfillment.
  • Order backlog and aging analysis.
  • Picking and shipping accuracy.
  • Productivity by employee and shift.
  • Dock utilization and loading cycle times.
  • Shipping errors, product damage, and rework costs.
  • Inventory accuracy.
  • Overtime management and transportation costs.
  • Safety performance, including accidents, incidents, and unsafe conditions.

Leadership Competencies

  • Ability to make sound decisions with incomplete or limited information.
  • Strong communication skills with effective escalation and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Disciplined execution, follow-through, and action closure.
  • Proven ability to develop supervisors and manage employee performance.
  • Balanced operational and analytical mindset.
  • Strong process orientation, including the ability to document, standardize, optimize, and continuously improve operational processes.

About You:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in distribution centers, warehousing, logistics, or shipping operations, including at least 2–3 years in a management role.

  • Proven experience leading operations of 50–70+ employees across multiple shifts.

  • Strong knowledge of the end-to-end order fulfillment process, including delivery creation, picking, packing, staging, shipping, PGI (Post Goods Issue), and ASN (Advanced Shipping Notice).

  • Advanced proficiency in SAP, including transaction management and troubleshooting shipping-related issues.

  • Demonstrated experience identifying and resolving:

    • Orders not created or blocked in SAP.
    • Open deliveries.
    • Pending picking or PGI transactions.
    • Discrepancies between SAP inventory records and physical inventory.
  • Hands-on experience with pick-and-pack operations, cross-docking, and customer/retail distribution.

  • Advanced or strong conversational English, with the ability to effectively communicate with corporate stakeholders, Program Management teams, and U.S.-based counterparts.

  • Strong operational leadership with a visible floor presence and the ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

  • Knowledge of retail customer requirements, including labeling, ASN compliance, routing guides, delivery windows, and chargeback avoidance.

  • Experience managing carriers, transportation scheduling, Bills of Lading (BOL), and export documentation.

  • Experience conducting and overseeing inventory, shipping, and traceability audits.

  • Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), barcode scanning, QR code technology, and warehouse automation tools.

  • Knowledge of warehouse safety practices, including dock operations, forklift management, rack safety, and overnight operations.

  • Experience with Lean Manufacturing, 5S/6S methodologies, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.
