- Manage project governance processes, including project change control, decision documentation, and alignment of project objectives.
- Lead the development, execution, monitoring, and successful closure of project plans, including transition to production ownership.
- Establish and manage overall project schedules while coordinating with functional team members to ensure alignment of detailed functional workstreams and deliverables.
- Lead, coach, and mentor project team members on project management best practices, Product Development Processes (PDP), risk management, issue resolution, and decision-making frameworks.
- Proactively identify, assess, document, and execute mitigation plans to reduce risks related to cost, quality, timing, and overall project execution.
- Collaborate with suppliers to ensure performance expectations related to quality, delivery timelines, and cost objectives are achieved in support of project goals.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
