Sales Enablement Manager

About the Role:
The Sales Enablement Manager will act as a trusted enablement business partner to regional Sales Leadership, owning the strategy and end-to-end execution of enablement programs that improve seller productivity, strengthen customer conversations and accelerate revenue growth. This role will partner closely with divisional Sales Leaders, Sales Strategy, Sales Programs, Revenue Operations, Product Marketing and Global Enablement teams to identify enablement priorities, build scalable learning experiences, and ensure sales teams are equipped to execute against business priorities. The successful candidate will be comfortable working with senior stakeholders, translating sales performance data into enablement actions, facilitating engaging learning experiences, and adapting global enablement frameworks for market needs.

Responsibilities:

Enablement strategy and planning

  • Partner with Sales Leadership to understand business priorities, sales productivity gaps and capability needs.
  • Build and execute a regional sales enablement plan aligned to pipeline, revenue, product, segment and go-to-market priorities.
  • Conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis to identify enablement needs and tailor programs accordingly.
  • Align with Global Enablement teams to ensure consistency of methodology, messaging, content standards and certification approaches across regions.
  • Adapt global enablement content for European market realities, including regional sales motions, language needs, buyer nuances, tooling and local commercial priorities.

Sales training and facilitation

  • Design and deliver high-impact training sessions for Account Executives, Business Development teams, Sales Managers and other customer-facing roles.
  • Facilitate live, virtual and in-person enablement experiences that build seller capability, confidence and role-readiness.
  • Deliver training on sales methodology, product positioning, discovery, qualification, prospecting, negotiation, objection handling, account planning and customer value messaging.
  • Bring complex commercial concepts to life through practical exercises, role plays, assessments, manager coaching guides and peer learning.

Onboarding and role readiness

  • Own or support onboarding programs that help new sellers become productive faster.
  • Build structured learner journeys covering pre-work, live sessions, homework, coaching, certification and post-onboarding reinforcement.
  • Manage monthly or quarterly onboarding cohorts, including speaker briefings, learner communications, attendance tracking, logistics and progress updates.
  • Partner with Sales Managers to reinforce learning in the field and ensure new hires can apply skills in customer and prospect interactions.

Content, tools and certification

  • Create, curate and maintain enablement content including playbooks, talk tracks, manager guides, objection handling resources, discovery guides, competitive positioning and sales process materials.
  • Provide thought leadership on enablement rollout strategies, content development and certification programs..
  • Ensure enablement content is easy to find, practical for sellers and aligned with current go-to-market priorities.
  • Work with subject matter experts to deliver specialist enablement on product launches, sales plays, industry narratives and strategic initiatives.

Program operations and measurement

  • Own the operational rhythm for regional enablement programs, including planning, registration, learner tracking, communications, feedback collection and reporting.
  • Define and track success measures covering participation, completion, proficiency, certification, seller adoption, time to productivity, pipeline progression, conversion and revenue impact.
  • Use surveys, manager feedback, learner data, CRM insights and performance metrics to assess programme effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Report enablement impact, insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders.

Cross-functional collaboration

  • Build trusted relationships with Sales Leadership, Sales Strategy, Sales Programs, Revenue Operations, Marketing, Product Marketing, Business Development, Customer Success and Global Enablement teams.
  • Coordinate enablement activity around launches, sales plays, quarterly business priorities and regional campaigns.
  • Work with global teams to share best practices, avoid duplication and maintain consistency across regions.
  • Build strong internal networks and trusted partnerships to support effective regional execution.

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university

Experience: 5+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Sales Training, Sales Productivity, Sales Strategy, Revenue Operations, Sales Programs, Sales Leadership, Learning & Development or a related commercial function. Strong understanding of B2B sales processes, ideally in SaaS, cloud, enterprise technology or another complex sales environment.

  • Strong facilitation skills across virtual and in-person environments
  • Strong analytical capability and experience using sales and learner data
  • Executive communication, collaboration and influencing skills
  • Understanding of enterprise SaaS or cloud go-to-market motions
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, matrixed organisation
  • Experience driving adoption and behaviour change at scale
  • Familiarity with learning platforms, AI-enabled learning and enablement technologies
